Today, Pick 'n Save and Metro Market locations in Waukesha held brat fry fundraisers at area locations Sunday, Dec. 5, for groups significantly impacted by the parade tragedy.
"We're doing it because it affected a lot of our employees," said Waukesha Pick 'n Save Store Director Nicole Lueck. "They go to Waukesha South High School and it's also the core value of our company."
Officials told CBS 58 that the grocery stores are matching donations raised from the event and will also be donating an additional $20-thousand dollars to the United for Waukesha Community Fund.
