PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Pleasant Prairie man faces two hate crime charges after a woman says he shouted racial slurs at her and tried to run her over.
It happened in the Kenosha Menards parking lot on June 2.
A witness sent us a video of the altercation.
It shows the moment 78-year-old Robert Carver accelerated towards the victim.
She jumped out of the way and was not hurt.
Police say Carver was angry because the woman didn't put her cart back.
