Man says he has no recollection of fatally shooting brother-in-law outside Milwaukee bar

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 26-year-old man has been charged in connection to a shooting that left another man dead.
The shooting happened Sunday, April 19 outside Punta Cana Bar near 13th and Burnham.
Richard Ortiz-Robles was killed.
According to a criminal complaint, the accused is Ortiz-Robles' brother-in-law, identified as Daniel Munoz.
Investigators say the night of the shooting, Munoz's wife and Ortiz-Robles' wife started physically fighting outside the bar. At the same time, Munoz and Ortiz-Robles were also fighting.
Officials say the argument led to Munoz shooting Ortiz-Robles. Surveillance video reportedly shows Munoz raising a gun at the victim and firing seven times, causing Ortiz-Robles to fall to the ground.
According to the complaint, Munoz stated he remembered going to Punta Cana Bar the night of the shooting but did not recall any "drama" or shooting.
Munoz has been charged with first degree reckless homicide, use of a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Munoz is due in court for an initial appearance April 24.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police confirm they've arrested a suspect in connection to the homicide of Richard Ortiz-Robles.
They say they are not seeking anyone else in this case.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say they are investigating a fatal shooting overnight that left a 28-year-old killed.
The shooting happened near S. 13th and Burnham St. just before 2 a.m.
Milwaukee Police say they continue to seek unknown suspect(s).
