MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It's time to get excited for the summer's biggest music festival. Summerfest 2026 kicks off in just 30 days.
To get people excited, Summerfest hosted a preview party in Walker's Point Tuesday, giving fans a sneak peek at new foods, drinks, and merch.
This year's headliners include Ed Sheeran, Garth Brooks, Muse and Post Malone.
Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson spoke at Tuesday's event, saying the festival gives people from all over the chance to see our hometown.
"Now they don't call it the World's Largest Musical Festival for nothing," Mayor Johnson said. "Year after year, Summerfest brings together people from every neighborhood, every single background, every corner of the country. They all converge right here in Milwaukee."
Summerfest starts Thursday, June 18. The three-weekend format continues this year, with the last day of the festival wrapping up July 4.
