Racine man arrested for touching himself in public

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 30-year-old Racine man has been charged with lewd and lascivious behavior after he exposed himself in a public area on Wednesday, December 20.
According to the criminal complaint, the man was at an employment assistance center in Racine when he began touching himself. A witness informed their supervisor who confronted the defendant and made him leave.
Anthony Tyler is a repeat offender and was convicted for felony expelling bodily substances on March 12, 2015 in Dodge County.
