Racine & Me: Ambitious Vibes Candle Co

 

RACINE, WI (CBS 58) -- On March 1, the first day of Women’s History Month, AnaLisa Garcia celebrated her store’s grand opening at the Midwest Market in Racine. Ambitious Vibes Candle Co is a candle company created with a focus on women empowerment.

Each candle has a positive message written by AnaLisa and inspired by different phases of her life that other women could relate to. She believes that surrounding yourself with uplifting words is a powerful way to get yourself through the hard times and wants to create that for women through her candles. In her store, you will also find motivational journals, shirts, coffee mugs, and tote bags.

Garcia learned how to make candles from YouTube because it was extremely therapeutic during a difficult time of working in the hospital during the pandemic. She is Racine born and raised and moved to California in 2019 to start making candles in 2020. 

She started her business in 2021, selling at markets and in stores at ten locations in California. Garcia wanted to bring her candle company to her own hometown.
