RACINE, WI (CBS 58) -- A local musician is making a name for himself in Racine and throughout the Milwaukee area. 

Johnny Franchino won several Wisconsin Music Awards this year. Those include: 

Best Electronic Artist

Best Hip Hop Artist

Best Male Vocalist

Best Rock Band with The New Grey

Wisconsin Icon Award for "best single", the name of the song is "First World"

Johnny has a passion for performing at the main festivals in Milwaukee in summertime. 

He also has a music series called "AESTHETIX” that has gained international attention and is an advocate for mental health awareness.
