RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) — A local rehabilitation center is bringing people together to raise awareness and support those living with Parkinson's disease.

On Racine & Me, Megan Spain and Elizabeth Olley, co-owners of Neuro Advantage Rehabilitation, joined us to discuss their upcoming event, "Together for Parkinson's," happening Nov. 11, 2026.

The event aims to create a supportive environment where people living with Parkinson's disease, along with their family and friends, can have open conversations about the challenges of the condition.

Attendees will have access to educational information and local resources. A silent auction will also raise money for a scholarship fund to help make Neuro Advantage's exercise classes more accessible.

Neuro Advantage Rehabilitation also hosts a free Parkinson's disease support group on the last Wednesday of every month from 3 to 4 p.m.
