Recognize them? MPD seeks suspects in robbery, shooting near 95th and Appleton
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police are asking for the public's help to track down the suspects wanted in connection to an armed robbery and shooting that happened near 95th and Appleton on Aug. 23.
Police say the incident occurred around 8:20 a.m., when the suspects attempted to rob the victim, fired a shot subsequently striking the victim. The suspects then fled on foot.
Suspect #1 is described by police as an African American male, who is 16-20 years of age and has braids/ dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and black shoes. He was armed with a teal handgun with a drum magazine.
Suspect #2 is described by police as an African American male, 16-20 years of age, with a black afro hairstyle. He was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt, gray stone w ash jeans, blue Nik e shoes, and had a black shirt covering his face.
