Returning to Summer-like weather

NOW: Returning to Summer-like weather
NEXT:

High pressure continues to remain in control of our weather and is keeping us quiet with plenty of sunshine for this Wednesday.  A westerly wind also continues to remain in control of our weather keeping our high temps for today in the 70s.

Overnight, clear skies hold with more sunshine for tomorrow.  However, as our area of high pressure starts to move farther east and away from us, we get a northwest wind to move in behind that system.  This will give us cooler air, and highs will be back in the mid-60s to finish the work week, and lows by Friday morning could dip back into the 30s and 40s.

With high pressure exiting, our next rainy system slides in, and we will see a chance for rain by Friday afternoon.  This system will quickly wrap up, though, and sunshine is back for the weekend.

Out ahead of this system, a warm front will lift, and a south wind moves back in providing the area with unseasonable warmth as highs soar into the 80s for Saturday.  We then cool off just slightly behind the rain with highs back to the 70s on Sunday.
