MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Santa’s Christmas Cavalcade is set to make its way through Downtown Milwaukee on Sunday, Dec. 12 and Friday, Dec. 17.

The celebration features Santa and Mrs. Claus riding atop the Historic Third Ward fire truck decked out for the holidays, and they'll be accompanied by jazzy holiday tunes sung by Milwaukee’s own Sarah Fierek. She'll debut her new Christmas song “Holiday Glow” during the spectacle.

The holiday procession will depart from the parking lot of the Milwaukee Public Market at 5:15 p.m., and give guests a glimpse of Santa and Mrs. Claus as it circles the lighted park displays of this year’s Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival presented by Johnson Financial Group.

“Santa’s Christmas Cavalcade is the perfect way for families to catch a glimpse of Santa and Mrs. Claus as they take in the festive sights in Downtown Milwaukee,” said Beth Weirick, CEO of Milwaukee Downtown's BID #21. “Our hope is to delight and surprise guests with some Milwaukee magic as they enjoy their stay.”

The cavalcade route will make its way past “Community Spirit Park” at Cathedral Square Park, “HiBEARnation Station” at Pere Marquette Park and “Home is Where the Hearth is Powered by We Energies” at Zeidler Union Square. Families will also have the opportunity to spot Santa along the way at Red Arrow Park, Wisconsin Avenue, Broadway, Catalano Square, and Light The Hoan.

Families can also swing through the Jingle Joy drive-thru at Zeidler Union Square for a snack. Featuring gourmet treats from local businesses that are handpicked by Milwaukee Food & City Tours.

Jingle Joy bags are $15 and can be pre-ordered or purchased the day of the event while supplies last. The Jingle Joy drive-thru will operate from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
