Scattered showers and storms likely throughout Wednesday

Parts of southeast Wisconsin saw at least some rain Tuesday night but it didn't amount to much. A few downpours happened in Milwaukee, Kenosha and Racine Counties but even there less than a tenth of an inch fell. Most of the area has been in a lull for the rain since 3 AM but another round of showers is approaching from the west.

Scattered showers and storms will be likely throughout the rest of the morning through the afternoon and evening. There will still be plenty of dry time to get the kids outside or run some errands. Rain chances will last through the late evening hours. 

Rain totals will likely be highest in our southern counties where a half inch or even more of rain looks possible. Northern counties will likely see less with only a tenth or so of new rain. 

Rain chances don't completely go away the rest of the week with isolated showers or storms possible on Thursday and maybe a sprinkle still rolling in for the weekend.
