MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say a 22-year-old man has been arrested after crashing into a school bus near 16th and Wilbur Avenue Thursday morning, Feb. 20. 

Police say the man was traveling at a high speed when he went through a stop sign and collided with the school bus, causing the bus to flip. 

The 45-year-old bus driver, who was the sole occupant of the bus, was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries. 

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was arrested and taken to a local hospital for treatment. 

Milwaukee police say criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County DA's office.
