SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 48-year-old Sheboygan man is dead after a semi versus pedestrian crash along I-43 northbound, south of Garton Rd. in the Town of Mosel.

Officials say that they responded to the accident just after 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon, April 12. An initial investigation showed that a driver of a Ford Explorer pulled over to the side of the interstate and exited his vehicle. He was then struck by a passing semi tractor trailer. 

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
