Our weather focus is shifting from wintry weather to just rain the next few days. After pockets of dense fog and a few slick spots Wednesday morning we will see light showers scattered throughout the day. Rain totals on Wednesday should be pretty light from 0.10-0.20".
We will leave in an isolated shower chance Wednesday night and Thursday morning but Thursday afternoon and evening might be the wettest period over the next 48 hours. Steady, moderate rain will be possible Thursday afternoon and evening. We could see a bit of snow mixing in if the rain lingers too long into Friday morning.
The steady and heavier rain for the second half of Thursday could drop over half an inch in some locations so rain totals over the next 48 hours could be closer to almost a full inch of rain but other locations could be closer to a quarter inch.
The rest of the forecast looks fairly dry and temps stay warmer in the upper 30s to around 40.
