Sikh community to honor shooting victims during anniversary ceremony

OAK CREEK -- The two year anniversary of the Sikh Temple shooting in Oak Creek is right around the corner. Milwaukee Public Television will air a documentary called \"Waking in Oak Creek.\" It looks back at the shooting and the community's response.
On August 5, 2014, a tribute will be held at Sikh Temple of Wisconsin at 8:00 p.m. Retired Police Lieutenant Brian Murphy and Oak Creek Police Officer Sam Lenda will receive congressional medals of bravery for their roles in taking down the shooter.
