CUDAHY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A silver alert has been issued for Daniel Martinez Jr missing from Cudahy.

Authorities say that the 64-year-old man was last seen on foot near Packard and Ramsey Ave. He about 5'3, 195 pounds with grey hair. He was last seen wearing a plan blue t-shirt, blue gym shorts, black Adidas shoes with 3 white Adidas stripes on the side.

Due to his cognitive disorders, he has trouble communicating, and is believed to not have a form of identification on him. He suffers from physical ailments that cause him difficulty walking and is prone to falls.
