WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for missing 70-year-old Michael Taylor, who was last seen Saturday, Jan. 3, on the corner of Oakdale and W. Sunset Dr. 

Taylor left his home on food and could be heading towards the city of Milwaukee under the belief that he still resides there.

He might attempt to use public transportation as he doesn't own a vehicle. 

Taylor is a black man, standing around five feet 11 inches tall. He has brown eyes and is bald with a goatee. 

He is also missing part of a finger, possibly the middle finger on his left hand. 

He was last wearing tan shoes, hunter green pants and a blue colored coat.
