Ski and tube into winter at Crystal Ridge Resort in Franklin

FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The January weather across SE Wisconsin has been ideal for ski hills. Crystal Ridge has at least three feet of snow waiting for those who want to do some winter activities. Whether it's skiing, snowboarding or snow tubing, there is something for anyone over three years old. 

Riley May is the general manager at Crystal Ridge. He says tubing is taken to the next level on Saturdays at the tubing hill with colorful glow lights.

"From 9:15 to 11 p.m. on Saturdays throughout January, we'll probably run into February, all of the lights go off, glow lights go on. It's a pretty fun time. Tickets sell out quickly for that one." 

They also have multiple hills that offer help for beginners and learning various skills on skis.
