MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- New information has come to light about Jamal White, the 7-year-old Milwaukee boy abducted at gunpoint Friday night, July 11. CBS 58 met with Jamal's aunt, who says he has not been at home since he was found.

We reached out to the Milwaukee Police Department who referred us to Child Protective Services (CPS) and CPS would not comment on where Jamal is currently.

A criminal complaint says Jamal's uncle, Jamel White, shot at a car on Saturday when the search for Jamal was ongoing.

It all happened on Hustis Street, where the boy was initially taken.

“Obviously the allegations in this complaint are very serious and I am sensitive to the fact that there were a lot of things going on at this period of time. I understand that there was an abduction and that's a neighborhood and quite frankly the whole city was on high alert," said Milwaukee County Court Commissioner Barry Phillips.

A criminal complaint says a man and his son were out searching for Jamal on Saturday. Both told police Jamel White -- Jamal's uncle -- shot at their vehicle as they drove down the block.

The complaint says the man and his son were not hit and bullets went into an empty house on West Hustis.

White was in court Tuesday morning, July 15.

A $20,000 bond was set for White, who will be back in court Tuesday, July 22 for a preliminary hearing.
