Snowy morning leads to messy commute and multiple accidents in southeast Wisconsin
CBS 58 SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN, (CBS 58) -- The snow has begun to fall throughout southeast Wisconsin, and with it some accidents on the highways and roadways.
Shortly after 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 29, a multi-vehicle accident took place along I-94, near Elm Grove Rd. in Brookfield.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) captured the aftermath of the crash.
And this was the scene of the clean-up as CBS 58 crews arrived in the aftermath of the wreck.
The interstate has since cleared after tow trucks arrived and helped clean up the mess.
The Wisconsin DOT camera also caught a messy incident near I-41/94 and County K in Kenosha County as visibility was low Sunday morning.
Drivers also felt the slick conditions along Milwaukee's Hoan bridge Saturday afternoon, as tow trucks had to be called to that area as well.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office reported 25 total calls involving vehicles from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
