FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) --- One year after a Franklin woman went missing, her son and daughter are still looking for answers. Sandra Eckert has not been seen since March 27, 2021. Her husband told CBS 58 they had a fight, and the next morning, Sandra was gone.
"He said they had a disagreement and said there was no scuffle," said Wes Eckert Jr., the couple's son.
Franklin police say a four-door 2005 Dodge Stratus also went missing from the couple's home. The home was searched and evidence was seized but Sgt. Jeremy Fadness says those search records are sealed due to the investigation being on-going. Sgt. Fadness says no suspects have been named and tips are being followed up on.
Back in December, Eckert's family upped the reward for information on Sandra's disappearance from $10,000 to $50,000. "I'm not in a hurry to grieve over a grave site and have a funeral but my mom does deserve that because she was loved and she's dearly missed. We miss her every day," said Kelsey, Sandra's daughter.
