MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Now that the 55th annual Summerfest is in the books, and was largely seen as a rousing success, planners can take a well-deserved rest.
But in the aftermath of the festival, at least one part of Summerfest has been very active -- their legal team.
CBS 58's Bill Walsh looks at the target of a recent lawsuit they filed, and why Milwaukee's beloved music festival still wins, even if it loses in court.
