Sunny and even warmer weather expected on Sunday

It's been a beautiful start to the weekend with abundant sunshine and temps in the 60s across most of the state!

If you liked today, you'll love tomorrow as temps rise into the low to mid 70s in most locations. Areas right along the lakefront will likely only make it into the upper 60s, but everyone will have another day full of sunshine.

Sunshine continues Monday, but temps will be a tad cooler thanks to a southeast wind. Get out and enjoy the sunshine and warmth while it's here because showers and storms move in Tuesday and continue into Wednesday.

Windy conditions will accompany the showers and storms Tuesday and Wednesday with frequent gusts between 25-35 mph. Wind gusts around 20 mph are possible Sunday, but the SE will on Monday will be fairly light.

Cooler temps settle in behind this system and look to continue into next weekend. The 6 to 10 day temperature outlook favors below normal temps April 19th-23rd. Our average high temperature during that time frame is around 57°
