MILWAUKEE -- Some people are taking Ebola preparations into their own hands. Survival stores in the area report an uptick in sales.
Adam Raabe, manager at Sherper's says he's see it all, \"They're coming in asking for items for if civilization stops.\"
With the Ebola scare, he's now selling it all too.
\"Stuff we don't normally sell on a regular basis, now we're selling a ton of.\"
Things like gas masks, and containment suits at a basement price of $29.99.
People are also buying \"go bags,\" filled with basic survival gear including thermal blankets, fire starters, and MRE's.
Other area stores say they're selling more medical masks that people are purchasing for flying.
