MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The man charged in a deadly hit and run crash waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday.
Police say Juan Mata-Chavez was driving a truck near 15th and Lincoln when he lost control and slammed into a car.
The crash killed 43-year-old Monica Hernandez and injured her son. Mata-Chavez will be back in court in March.
