Suspect speeds off from St. Francis Police after stealing baby formula

ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- St. Francis Police responded to the Pick 'n Save on Whitnall Avenue for retail theft. The suspect allegedly stole baby formula and was a known suspect from other retail thefts from other area Pick 'n Saves.
As police arrived the suspect left the store and ran to her car. She sped off and officers were not able to catch her.
Police checked the woman's last address in Milwaukee but were told by a relative that she had not been home for a few days.
