Tejano America Fest 2024 announced for July Potawatomi Amplified concert series

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Tejano America Fest 2024 is scheduled to take place as part of the Potawatomi Amplified concert series. The event will be a two-day affair starting at 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, and ending Sunday, July 28.

The latest addition to the series was announced in a Monday, June 10 press release. Tejano America Fest 2024 follows Snoop Dogg’s June 15 performance for Potawatomi Amplified.

Headliners include Ramon Ayala, Duelo, Bobby Pulido and the Selena "Dreaming of You" tribute featuring Mariapaula. Jennifer Peña will also perform, with Edward James Olmos and Connie P. hosting. Ayala, known as "El Rey del Accordeon," has recorded over 100 albums and won multiple Grammy Awards and Latin Grammys.

Food and beer trucks by Zócalo Food Truck Park will be available, with drink wristbands for purchase at Potawatomi Provisions. The venue offers over 4,500 free parking spots, VIP parking and a rideshare lane.
