Temperatures Getting "More in Line" with The Season
We've been spoiled. And spoiled some more. We reached the 70s during weekend. And on Monday, we almost got there.
But it looks like it'll start feeling more like November, certainly by the end of the week. A fairly weak cool front is moving through this morning. Behind it, temperatures will be fairly seasonable. We're looking at afternoon temperatures holding steady if not falling back a bit into the upper 40s. Wakeup temps on Wednesday will be in the 30s to low 40s. Find the jackets.
A more substantial cool down is coming by Veterans Day (Friday) after highs in the 60s on Thursday. Daytime temps will only be in the 40s to near 50. Obviously, make sure to bundle up if you're heading to Veterans Day observances. Lows Saturday morning will be just above freezing, at least for Milwaukee It'll be colder in outlying areas.
One more thing. It'll be dry through the weekend. And some of you will be burning leaves. Make sure you can do so where you live. And also realize it's been so dry lately. Extreme caution is urged.
