CUDAHY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- While storms raged through southeast Wisconsin, police conducted a child sex crime sting, arresting three men on April 17 along E. Grange Avenue in the City of Cudahy.

On April 17th, police posted a fake advertisement to a prostitution website with an FBI agent posing as a 15-year-old, stating they will perform certain sexual acts and other activities.

Three separate men responded to the advertisement.

At 8:11 p.m., a phone number responded to the advertisement, later identified as 41-year-old Patel Ankur of Racine. He was asked to arrive at the above residence and when he did, he was taken into custody.

The same happened around 8:17 p.m., another phone number responded to the advertisement and was told to come to a residence along E. Grange Avenue. The phone number belonged to 41-year-old Kenneth Crum of Johnson Creek. Crum refused to enter the property and undercover officers asked him to go to the middle school, stating they would meet him there. A red Toyota Venza drove towards the school and officers conducted a traffic stop.

Crum stated to officers that he was "leaving a friend's house on 5th Place." When told there was no 5th Place in the City of Cudahy, Crum was arrested. He later admitted to have send explicit messages to the undercover officers.

Around 8:30 p.m., a phone number responded to the advertisement and began texting the uncover agent according to the criminal complaint.

Eventually, the texter agreed to meet with the uncover agent and arrived at the resident along E. Grange Avenue in a gray Toyota Camry, registered to 50-year-old Henry Moy of New Berlin.

When Moy entered the property, he was taken into custody.

During the arrest of Crum and Moy, the complaint stated that a tornado was seen several miles away from the area.

All three are being charged with use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and attempt to solicit a child for prostitution.
