One dies, two injured in Saukville crash involving a motorcycle

SAUKVILLE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police have identified a passenger killed in a motorcycle crash Sunday evening as 61-year-old Lorrie Shirley of Grafton.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 57-year-old Grafton man, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

SAUKVILLE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A passenger riding on a motorcycle has died after an accident in Saukville Sunday evening.

The accident occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m. on State Highway 33 near County Highway I. Authorities say a 2010 Ford Fusion traveling southbound on County Highway I struck a 2000 Honda Goldwing motorcycle at the intersection.

Both passengers on the motorcycle were seriously injured and according to authorities, the female passenger's injuries were fatal. The driver of the Fusion was also transported to a hospital.

The accident is being investigated and reconstructed at this time. Further updates will come from the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office when they are available.
