MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Alleged dating app "predator" Timothy Olson was back in court Tuesday, Oct. 17 and decided to withdraw from his attorney. Olson asked judge to represent himself in court.
In court, Olson requested to represent himself. Judge Milton Childs shut down that request saying Olson is incompetent to do so.
Olson is facing several charges that include kidnapping and burglary after he allegedly kidnapped and stole from a 79-year-old woman last year.
He's also connected to alleged incidents in at least two other communities, including death investigations in South Milwaukee and Racine.
