'Trees for Less' in Mequon turns Christmas tree farm into holiday fun for families

MEQUON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- It's about more than chopping down a tree or picking out the perfect evergreen. Sam O'Malley, the owner of Trees for Less in Mequon, says it's an experience where families will make treasured memories. That's why they have turned their Christmas tree farm into a holiday movie. On the weekends, you'll find Santa, hot cocoa, hayrides through the woods and photo opportunities for the whole family. 

O'Malley is the fourth generation to run the farm. They offer a variety of trees and sizes including Balsam Firs, Fraser Firs and Cannon Firs. 

If you're still looking for a real tree, this may be your last chance. O'Malley says this will likely be the last weekend they have trees in stock for the season.
