Jury trial pushed back for man accused of shooting into home on Milwaukee's north side

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A trial was supposed to get started Monday, Oct. 16, for the 46-year-old man who allegedly shot into a home several times near 17th and Capitol on Jan. 16.

Harold Gierbolini is facing several charges, including recklessly endangering safety with a weapon.

Jury selection was supposed to happen on Oct. 16, but the case was reassigned to a different judge.

Ring doorbell footage captured the moments the alleged shooter rang the doorbell of a home near 17th and Capitol in January. Moments later, the alleged shooter shot at the home several times. Luckily, no one was home.

A criminal complaint said Gierbolini admitted to being the person in the video.

A scheduling conference will take place this Friday, Oct. 20.
