"Cemented their inability to adhere to signs': Driver gets truck stuck in wet concrete

MILWAUKE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A sticky situation got on a Milwaukee County highway ramp. 

A driver got their truck stuck in concrete. According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, it's definitely the driver's fault.

The situation happened at the 41/894 Interchange at National Avenue.

Officials say the driver, "cemented their inability to adhere to signs," since they removed a 'road closed' barrier and drove into the freshly poured concrete.

WisDOT wants this to be a warning: Don't remove or ignore any road closed signs, or any other barriers on roads, because you could end up like the picture below.
