Details announced for the 10th annual Mayor’s Masked Ball fundraiser
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It's a fungus among us, and is considered an absolute delicacy in culinary circles.
Lake Park Bistro is having its 20th annual Black Truffle Dinner on Thursday, Jan. 18.
Truffle shavings will part of five different dishes, including rabbit, fish, pigeon, fillet and a cheesecake for dessert. The bistro's new executive chef, Amanda Langler, says this particular gathering is one of the biggest draws of the year for the restaurant.
The ticket price for the special truffle dinner will run you $250. Keep in mind there will be wine pairings to go with the meal.
