UPDATE: Person of interest identified following double shooting in Fond du Lac

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A person of interest has been identified following a double-shooting in Fond du Lac.

The shooting happened Wednesday evening at Forest Plaza Apartments.

Investigators took a 31-year-old Fond du Lac man into custody on Thursday. He is considered a person of interest in this case.

The man is currently being held in the Fond du Lac County Jail on a probation hold from a previous conviction.

No arrests have been made in connection with this incident and no updates are available on the condition of the victim’s from Wednesday’s incident.

The incident remains under active investigation.
