MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Prosecutors in court Wednesday said that Anthony Azenabor, a former UWM professor charged with sexually assaulting students, has fled the country and likely won't return.
Azenabor was accused of three counts of sexual assault in March, and was ordered to surrender his passport at that time.
He failed to show up for a hearing on July 8.
A bench warrant remains open for his arrest.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A bench warrant is out for a former UWM professor charged with sexually assaulting students.
Court documents show that Anthony Azenabor failed to show up for a hearing Monday. He's scheduled for trial in August on two felony counts of sexual assault.
A UWM student told police that Azenabor, a biomedical science professor, assaulted her several times last year.
A second student also came forward with a claim.
