UWM women top Northern Iowa in Women's NIT

CEDAR FALLS, IOWA - Jamie Reit scored 21 points to lead the ladies of UW-Milwaukee past Northern Iowa 81-67 in the opening round of the Women's NIT Thursday night.
Jenny Lindner added 19 as the Panthers built a 12 point halftime lead and never looked back. UWM connected on more than 69% of its shots in the game, setting a program record.
UW-Milwaukee (21-11) faces Indiana (18-14) in the second round of the tournament Sunday in Bloomington, Indiana.
