Video: Milwaukee man arrested after high-speed chase, crash that injured 2 in Muskego
MUSKEGO, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man faces eight felony charges after leading Muskego police on a high-speed chase that ended in a crash last Saturday.
It started at a Kwik Trip after police spotted a car that was wanted in connection to a murder. That white car pulled away as police moved in and traveled west on Janesville Road with squads in pursuit.
The high-speed chase ended when the white car was involved in a crash with two other vehicles at Martin Drive and Janesville Road.
The suspect left the scene on foot but was arrested later outside a home.
Thirty-nine-year-old Jeremy Lockett had a felony warrant for parole violations. Two guns were found in the car he was driving.
His felony charges now include fleeing police, hit-and-run, recklessly endangering safety and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Lockett was hurt in the crash, as were two women in the other two vehicles -- one of the women's injuries were described as serious. All were taken to area hospitals.
Cash bond for Lockett has been set at $150,000 and he's due in court Oct. 28.
