MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Made plans for the weekend yet? If not, Julia Meehan of VISIT Milwaukee joined us on Thursday, April 23 with a look at some of the big events around the city this weekend.
Michelada Fest returns Saturday, April 25 at Zocalo Food Park from noon to 5 p.m., featuring 15 bars competing for the title of Best Michelada in Milwaukee, a live boxing show and food trucks. The event sold out last year.
Also Saturday, Unfinished Legacy hosts free T-shirt printing from noon to 6 p.m. Bring a blank piece of clothing for a free print. An Earth Day Makers Market runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Ope! Brewing with vendors using eco-friendly and upcycled materials.
Sunday, April 26, the sixth annual Tiki Takedown brings a cocktail competition to Turner Hall Ballroom at 1 p.m. with 11 bars competing for the Tiki Master title.
