MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee is set to host a wide variety of events during the first weekend of November, and to take a look at what's ahead, Ian Thompson of Visit Milwaukee joined us on Thursday, Oct. 31.
Uncorked: MKE returns for its fourth annual festival at the Harley-Davidson Museum on Saturday, Nov. 2. Attendees can sample over 100 wines and beverages while exploring the museum after hours. Early admission begins at 7 p.m. for $85, including four hours of access and exclusive wines.
General admission starts at 8 p.m. for $70, offering three hours of access.
The Milwaukee County Zoo offers free admission on Saturday for Family Free Day. Visitors can explore the Herb & Nada Mahler Family Aviary and see birds from around the world, including Gentoo and rockhopper penguins.
The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra presents "Coco in Concert" on Saturday and Sunday. The event features a screening of Disney Pixar’s "Coco" with the musical score performed live by the orchestra. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. on Saturday and 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.
On Friday, Nov. 1, the Dia de los Muertos and Non-Pop six-year anniversary event takes place at Ivanhoe Plaza. The celebration includes diverse dance music, live canvas and face painting and visual projections by VJ Brye.
