MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Another month has arrived, so Ian Thompson, Senior Communications Manager at VISIT Milwaukee, joined us on Wednesday, Nov. 11 to preview several notable events taking place in November.
The Milwaukee County Zoo will host its Family Free Day sponsored by Tri City National Bank on Saturday, Nov. 4. The day will feature the recent addition of pygmy slow lorises, the only venomous primate.
Downtown Milwaukee will come alive with the Wisconsin Veterans Day Parade on the same day. Presented by Generac, the parade aims to honor Wisconsin’s military veterans and their contributions.
Grace Weber is set to take the stage on Thursday, Nov. 9, offering an intimate evening of R&B. Her performance will be complemented by B-Free Klassik and the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra.
Discovery World will hold the Cheers to Hospitality event on Saturday, Nov. 11. Organized by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association Education Foundation, the event will spotlight Milwaukee’s culinary scene and its impact on the community.
The Pabst Mansion will commence its annual Christmas at the Pabst Mansion event starting Thursday, Nov. 16, offering visitors a glimpse into festive traditions through Jan. 7, 2024.
