MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Temperatures are on the up and up starting on Monday along with wind speeds. Look for highs in the 60s on Monday but either side of 80 on Tuesday and Wednesday. You'll really notice the winds to increase on Tuesday and Wednesday with gusts from the south southwest at 30 to 40 mph. A Small Craft Advisory will be in place from Monday morning until Wednesday morning. Look for high wind and waves.
We have a few rain chances, including Monday evening as a warm front lifts to the north. Then there's a better chance of showers, even storms, Wednesday evening into Thursday morning with a stronger cold front. I think the second part of Thursday, Halloween, should be drier. We face another chance of showers the second part of the upcoming weekend. We need the moisture as the deficit grows.
