WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Business is blooming at one floral shop in Waukesha with the Ryder Cup coming to Wisconsin this weekend.

Waukesha Floral & Greenhouse is providing more than three-thousand plants and arrangements for the event at Whistling Straits.

"It's taken a lot of planning, a lot of hours and a lot of sleepless nights," floral designer Mary Jo Vannatta said.

Vannatta said 10s of thousands of flowers are being used.

"We've been preparing for this for several months. We've been working with them for a few years knowing that the Ryder Cup was going to be held last year," she said.

The shop has already set up arrangements for this weekend. A majority of the flowers will be set up in the corporate tents.

"We had people on sight since Monday working on getting the plants in place," Vannatta said.

Waukesha Floral provided the flowers for the PGA in 2015 at Whistling Straits. Vannatta said the event planner contacted them again in 2019 to work on the Ryder Cup.

"It's very exciting to be a part of this as it's the U.S. versus the British," she said.

It's all hands on deck for the shop the rest of the week as the shop will continue to replenish the arrangements throughout the weekend.

"It's just an honor to be a part of this and go USA!" Vannatta said.

Despite the massive Ryder Cup order, Waukesha Floral is still taking and fulfilling regular orders as well.
