WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police have revealed new details into a shooting that injured three people at a Wauwatosa apartment complex. 

The shooting happened Wednesday, Nov. 12. 

According to police, an investigation has revealed the apartment is a known place for illegal gambling. Officials say at the time of the shooting, a poker game was underway and multiple people were inside the apartment. 

Evidence indicates it was s targeted incident, police say.

WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two men were shot at the Reserve Apartments in Wauwatosa early Wednesday, Nov. 12. 

Police were called to the complex around 1 a.m., which is located on State Street just west of Hawley Road. 

An initial investigation indicates a person forced entry into an apartment and shots were fired. 

The two men shot, along with another man who was injured while fleeing the scene, were taken to a local hospital for treatment. 

Wauwatosa police believe this was a targeted incident.
