MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Hundreds of Brewers fans cheered on their home team at the Brewers official watch party at Davidson Park Wednesday night, Oct. 8.

While it wasn’t the ending Brewers fans wanted, they say it isn’t over yet, as the Crew has another chance to clinch the series Thursday night at Wrigley Field.

“We are pumped game four,” said Logan Stone. “We are going to take it home. Brewers in four.”

Hundreds of fans eyes were anxiously glued to the screen at Davidson Park during game three of the National League Division Series.

While the crew put up a fight, it wasn’t the ending fans were rooting for. Heading into game four, Brewers fans say they know their team has what it takes to get the job done.

“I really do,” said Brewers fan, Mark Seghers. “I’ve been following the Brewers since Bob Uecker had dark hair. So, I’m really looking forward to it and returning to the World Series. I was in college the last time.”

To take the edge off the game, fans enjoyed good eats, drinks and coming together as a community to support their home team.

“I’ve been a Brewers fan my whole life and growing up in early 2000’s they weren’t that great, the energy wasn’t really there,” said Brewers fan, Michael Westley. “The energy tonight was amazing”

Fans say the spirit of Bob Uecker is what’s fueling their spirit every step of the way, hoping for a chance at the World Series.

“The spirit of Uecker goes through, cuts through everything,” said Seghers. “I’ve met the man, he was just a gem and I think they all feel that. Most of them knew Uecker personally. It’s really this whole season, I think he’s watching on."

Fans say it's not over. They have another chance to join in on the watch party fun for game four tomorrow night.

That will be at J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard in Milwaukee, with first pitch scheduled at 8:08 p.m.
