MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) - When it rains, meteorologists are often asked "How much snow would this be if it was cold enough?", but the answer isn't straight forward. When we talk about snow being light and fluffy or heavy and wet, we are talking about the snow-to-liquid ratio, which is something we determine when forecasting every snow event. CBS 58 Meteorologist Sam Kuffel explains snow ratio in this week's Weather Whys.
