WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Another "eye sore" as the Mayor of West Allis is calling it, will be torn down.
Mayor Dan Devine announced on X that Burger King will tear down the vacant building at 106th and Greenfield, starting at the end of this month.
The location hasn't been used in six years.
The mayor sued Burger King over the building in October.
