(CBS 58) – The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty filed a motion for a summary judgement in the lawsuit filed in Polk County Circuit Court challenging Governor Tony Evers’ authority to issue COVID-19 emergency declarations.
WILL says the motion for summary judgement asks the judge to decide on the merits of the claims in the lawsuit.
The judge recently denied an injunction on October 12.
